Felix Clouet is a well known French painter of still lifes, particularly flower paintings, whose work is rarely seen on the art market. He exhibited his work widely, making his debut at the Paris Salon in 1859. His work is in many private and public collections, including those at Bourges and Chartres. He is listed in the 'Dictionnaire des Peintres, Sculpteurs, Dessinateurs et Graveurs', by E Benezit.
