Nigel Hallard 1936
Nigel is a professional artist working in Mousehole, Penzance where he has his own Gallery.He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Art London 1976 and appointed an Academician of the South West Acadamy Exeter in 2007. His works are owned by leading companies including Shell Marketing and also John Major the former British Prime Minister.
