John Murray Thomson RSA RSW 1885 - 1974
Painter of animal and birds who studied at the RSA schools and gained the Carnegie Travelling Scholarship and studied in Paris. He was prseident of the SSA and exhibited extensively at the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts and the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool.
