John Murray Thomson RSA RSW (1885 - 1974)

Painter of animal and birds who studied at the RSA schools and gained the Carnegie Travelling Scholarship and studied in Paris. He was president of the SSA and exhibited extensively at the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts and the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool.
