ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

David Birch ROI (1895-1968)

David Birch was a landscape painter in oil, a portrait painter and illustrator. He studied at Epsom School of Art 
and Goldsmith's in London. He became Principal at Epsom and Ewell School of Art1930-1961. 
He exhibited at the RA, ROI, RBA and Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts and his work was widely reproduced, 
notably by Royle Publications. His work is held in many private and public collections.
