Wonderful watercolour by this sought after artist which is inscribed with location and signed. He is well known for his Lake District and Scottish scenes. The painting was presented to a Rev E. J. Chappell at Westgate Hall by his Class members in 1910. (Inscription on mount). The painting is in excellent condition and colours are strong.
