Allen Tortice born 1948 is one of the most collected Northern painters in the UK today with his depiction of the northern towns of his youth , often humorous with his little dog
weeing up lamp posts . Allen has had many one man exhibitions and involved in group shows throughout the UK. Inscribed with title verso and dated 2016.
